Morning Has Broken - Cat Stevens

     

      Morning Has Broken（破晓）是二十世纪七十年代英国民谣摇滚歌手Cat Stevens（凯特·斯蒂文斯）的代表作之一，有一次，Cat Stevens在书店里看到一本有关于赞美诗的书。这是一本儿童赞美诗，由英国新体诗女诗Eleanor Farjeon（1881～1965）所编撰。他的目光偶然落在其中的一首（也是最受欢迎的一首）：Morning Has Broken上，这使当时正处于灵感枯竭期的他兴奋无比，他发现其中的诗句及观念真的很棒，就当即决定为之铺上和旋，使之成为自己的歌。
