这些天被美国大选和川普刷屏。这个以逗比形象出场的大叔，在主流媒体和两党建制派多重夹击之下，重重突围，以零从政经验和遭人非议的大嘴巴，逆袭成功，战胜了多年的老政客希拉里，赢得了总统选举！从一出场，他就是个话题大王，用各种出人意料的言论不停的吸引眼球，得到了许多媒体的免费宣传。开始大多数人都没有认真看待他，把他参选当成一个笑话，谁知道最后把他当笑话的人最后自己成了笑话。

 

 

中间每出现一次争议话题，媒体们都幸灾乐祸的说：“完了，这下子他彻底完了”。特别是大选前几周，他几年前私下说的的不雅音频被曝光，共和党的建制派纷纷跳水，跟他划清界限，甚至让他放弃竞选。可是他硬是挺过来了，他对他的支持者说，我永远永远不会放弃的。这个打不死的老强，在70岁的高龄，一天四五场的拉力，在各个摇摆州之间飞来飞去，他的各项政策也在竞选过程中逐渐清晰细化，最后在几个最重要的摇摆州里艰难的赢得了胜利，以大比分战胜希拉里，赢得了选举，让全世界大跌眼镜。

 

川普在整个过程中展现了无以伦比的远见、执行力和顽强的意志，将开始看起来毫无希望的一件事，一步一步逆转，走到了最后。赢得选举当然还只是第一步，后面的四年还有很多未知数，他能否将自己对选民的承诺进行到底，美国的一些重大问题比如非法移民、社会安全、经济增长等将如何解决，我们必须拭目以待。这个商人出身的未来总统，胜选第一周就宣布，将以往瓜分给竞选捐款金主们的4000多个政府职位，向社会公开招聘。或许这正是他不拿大金主们的钱的原因吧，要的就是独立。你可以不喜欢他，可是却不能不敬佩他的顽强和高效。我们有理由相信他将是一个充满个人色彩，饱含争议，与众不同，让人耳目一新的总统。

 

 

今天给大家分享一段他在参选以前，作为商人的一段演讲。其中他对如何取得成功给出了10条建议。今天我们回头看，印证他走过的竞选之路，可以看到，他正是身体力行了这10条原则，才最后赢得了胜利。Think big, never never never give up. 一个70岁的老人尚且如此坚持自己认为正确的事，那么我们还有什么理由放弃呢？

 

1. I like thinking big. If you're going to be thinking anything, you might as well think big. Thinking big starts from the details and grow from there. In other words, thinking big starts from being thorough.

我喜欢思考大局。如果你要思考任何事，你最好思考大局。思考大局要从细节入手，并从那里发展。换句话说，要思考大局就必须仔细。

 

 

2. Get your momentum going and keep your momentum going! You've got to have the energy to get the job done, which can sometimes takes a long time. If you don't have the momentum, you won't have the energy to get the job done. Patience alone is not enough.

第二、为自己造势，守住你的气势！要想做成事，必须有足够的能量。而这可能要花很长的时间。如果不能保持势头，就不会有足够的能量。只靠耐心是不够的。

 

3. Stay focused! The moment you loose your focus, you'll also be loosing your momentum. They go together. I have seen very talented people literally go down the drain because they can't keep their focus long enough to get anything done. In this age of multitasking, that could be really challenging but it's absolutely necessary.  Ask yourself: what should I be thinking about right now? That simple question can restore your focus in no time at all.

 

第三、保持专注！一旦失去专注，你就会失去你的气势。它们是在一起的。我见过许多有才能的人最后失败了，因为他们不能保持专注力足够长时间。在这个需要多任务处理的时代，这是很有挑战性的，也是绝对必需的。 问自己：此时此刻什么是我需要思考的？这个简单的问题会让你立刻恢复专注。

4. Look at the solution, not the problem. This is very importaint if you you want to learn how to think big. No matter what you do, you are bound to run into problems. No matter how bad things look, keep your focus on the solution and you will be surprised at how things get work out.

 

第四、专注于解决方法而不是问题。这非常重要，如果你想学会思考大局。不管你做什么，你都会遇到问题。不管事情看起来多么糟糕，将注意力放在解决方法上，你会惊喜的看到，事情是如何最后得到了解决。

5. Seek out opportunities. I know a lot of things. But one thing I know is that I don't know everything. So I ask myself this question everyday: what can I learn today that I didn't know before.  I learned something new every single day. That's a big reason why I am a success.

 

第五、寻找机遇。我知道很多事情，可是我最知道的一件事是我不知道全部。所以每天我都在问自己：有什么是我今天可以学到，而以前还不知道的？这样，我每天都学习到新东西。这是我成功的重要原因。

 

6. Know everything you can about what you are doing. That's a good way to cover your basis. Know what you are doing first.

 

第六、尽量了解你正在做的事情的方方面面。这是保护你的基本盘的好方法。你首先要了解你在做的事情。

 

 

7. Be lucky! There was an old saying, "The harder I work, the luckier I get" . It turned out to be true.  Be passionate! If you love what you're doing, it will never seem like work. You will never be successful, happy, or healthy unless you are doing what you love to do.  Be passionate. That's the fast drive to success. No matter what your interests are.

 

第七、做个幸运儿！老话说的好：“做的越努力，就变得越幸运。” 满怀激情！如果你喜欢你正在做的事情，它看起来就不是工作。你永远不会成功、幸福、或者健康直到你做你喜爱的事。满怀激情的做事。那是通向成功的捷径，不管你的兴趣是什么。

 

8 See yourself as victorious! I see problems as challenges and enjoy dealing with it. I thought the process through to the extent that I know everything will be better off if they agree with what I come up with because I take both sides into account.  I enter the situation with a victorious attitude and I have enough victories to know that this attitude works.

第八、把自己当成赢家！我把问题当成挑战，并把应对挑战当成乐趣。我会把整个过程全部想清楚到这样的程度：我知道他们会接受我提出的方案，因为我把双方利益都考虑在内。我带着胜利者的心态进入状况，我经历过足够多的胜利，所以我知道这种心态是可行的。

 

 

9. Be smart! Being smart means you know how to use what you've got. It means you will have the ability to learn and move forward to success. Just be successful. Believe me, you will be happier. I know people who have very little real advantages in life and yet they manage to become giant successes. They figure out how to use what they had not to dwell on what they didn't have.

 

第九、做个聪明人! 这意味着你知道如何使用你所拥有的，意味着你有能力学习、向前，直到成功。要变得成功。相信我，你会更快乐。我知道有些人天生并没有多少特长，但是他们使自己成为非常成功的人。他们找到方法，来如何使用他们拥有的东西，而不是一直想着自己没有的东西。

 

 

10. Above all, never give up. Never never never give up. The only time you become a failure is when you stop trying. Only losers quit. Winners keep going. And remember think big.

 

第十、永远不要放弃。永远永远永远不要放弃。只用当你放弃的时候，你才真的失败了。只有失败者才会放弃。成功的人会一直向前。还有记住，要一直思考大局。
